In order to enroll a child in our school parents will need to suppliy the following documentation.

DAY NURSERY:
1. Application by the parent
2. Child’s birth certificate
3. Child’s individual health form
4. Parents’ identity cards

PRE-PRIMARY SCHOOL:
1. Application by the parent
2. Child’s birth certificate
3. Child’s individual health form
4. Parents’ identity cards
5. Eye examination report
6. Dental examination report

For the safety of your child our early childhood center provides parents with the MEDICAL FILE:
The Medical File is a filled-in document* by the family pediatrician.
*Only for exclusive use by the early childhood center; privacy is strictly observed. The document is required for safety reasons that have to do with each child’s health particularities as well as for disease prevention, in case the obligatory vaccinations have not been administered.

For the safety of the children at collection from the school and the school bus, parents will need to provide us with the following documents:
1. Written statement confirming the persons who are authorized to collect the children from the school/school bus.
2. Authorized persons’ identity card photocopy.
