Our clinical dietitian & nutritionist, Mr. Eumenes Karafillides, is responsible for our weekly nutrition program, which is particularly adjusted to the needs of early childhood, so that it combines variety with the proper amounts of proteins, carbohydrates and fat.
Our suppliers are selected from across the country according to strict criteria.
Our meals are cooked in-house by dedicated personnel implementing all hygiene requirements, the HACCP food safety system as well as the Hellenic Food Authority (HFA) guidelines.
The entire process of producing and serving food is supervised by an HFA-certified specialist.
